When creating message templates that you plan to use for SMS messages in Events or Reminders, there are some guidelines we suggest following:

• Leave the Message Subject blank as it will not appear in the text message content that is sent out.
• Keep the content of your message brief, less than 160 characters, to prevent messages from being split into multiple texts when it's sent out. Note: Survey invitation links can be 70+ characters long.
  
• Ensure Case cell phone numbers are listed in the correct format: (555) 555-5555
